Ruben reached out this morning about an ambitious goal: $1.5 million raised between now and midnight on Election Day.

We’re hoping you can lend a hand before then, because this final goal is critical. Here’s why:

As our fundraising fell off, Kari Lake’s picked up. She escalated her advertising alongside the outside groups backing her up, and spent millions of dollars attacking Ruben as voters started returning their ballots. We saw this race tighten, gradually at first, and then earlier this week, two polls showed us TIED with Lake.

The timing couldn’t be worse. We’ve got to meet the moment here, but our fundraising hasn’t picked up yet.

The way we see it, there are two options ahead of us:

We either need more people to chip in.
Or we need everyone who chips in to give a little more than they usually would.

Most people give $10 or so the first time they donate. But today, we’re asking you to chip in $20.24. If you can give that much, it would really help us make up some ground.
