In response to recent arson attacks on ballot drop boxes in Oregon, Washington, and USPS mailboxes in Arizona, the co-chairs of Issue One’s bipartisan National Council on Election Integrity ([link removed]) (NCEI) issued a statement ([link removed]) calling these incidents “egregious attacks on the fundamental right of every American to cast their vote securely and without fear of interference.”

A new Issue One analysis ([link removed]) revealed that major tech companies have invested over $51 million into lobbying efforts in 2024—nearly 14% more than the same period last year. These record-breaking sums come as the tech industry attempts to derail commonsense social media reforms that have bipartisan support.

We released an investigative report ([link removed]) exposing the funding behind the Only Citizens Vote Coalition, a network of 80+ organizations amplifying the false narrative that noncitizens are voting in federal elections. Our analysis tracked $590 million in contributions from over 140 donor organizations.

Issue One spearheaded a coalition of 13 organizations ([link removed]) urging Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris and Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump to publicly reveal information about their top campaign fundraisers—or “bundlers”—before Election Day.
