Many of us know there is a lot on the line this election: democracy, health equity, and the work we all are committed to. The past few months have called for additional work, time, and energy helping communities understand the impact of their vote, battling election misinformation, breaking down voting barriers, and planning for an unknown future.
We see you - it has been exhausting, confusing, and frustrating. Yet during this critical time for democracy, it has brought hope and inspiration seeing communities come together to protect health equity, justice, freedom and so much more. Regardless of the election outcomes, we know we are stronger when we work together and our collective racial health equity work will continue onwards.
On November 6th, please join Health Equity Community Collaborative for their next Community Gathering: Pausing and Processing Post-Election, where together, we’ll pause, reflect, and process this election season and beyond.
