Dear Fellow American,
The crises surrounding the U.S. Secret Service seem to worsen by the
week…and Judicial Watch is leading the way in finding out why.
Back on July 13, an assassination attempt on Donald Trump wounded the
former president and killed an innocent bystander in Butler,
Pennsylvania.
We filed multiple Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests with the
U.S. Secret Service about this attack and reports that the Secret
Service had denied requests for additional protection at Trump
rallies…and when we were stonewalled, we filed a lawsuit in federal
court to get to the facts about the Secret Service’s epic failure in
Pennsylvania.

Then, on September 15, the Secret Service apprehended an armed gunman
who was just 400 yards from former President Trump as he was playing
golf at his golf course in Florida…and it appears the gunman had
been in and around the golf course for nearly 12 hours before he was
arrested!
Right now, we are preparing our FOIA requests…and probable
lawsuits….to find out how and why the Secret Service again seems to
have again dropped the ball in protecting a man who is both a former
president and a leading candidate for president in this year’s
election
AND THAT IS WHY I AM COUNTING ON YOU TO HELP US WITH A SPECIAL
CONTRIBUTION TODAY!

The Biden-Harris administration is in full cover-up mode about these
failures of the Secret Service to do its job…and the mainstream
media, after a flurry of coverage in the immediate aftermath of the
events in Pennsylvania and Florida, has gone silent on them.
But that’s not the way Judicial Watch operates!
The American people deserve to know how the Secret Service could be so
inept…and they deserve to know why repeated requests for increased
protection of Trump and his campaign rallies were denied.
Our FOIA requests and lawsuit are not about politics…they are about
the American people’s right to know what a vital agency of our
government is…and is not…doing!
But this litigation is time-consuming, and it is expensive…and that
is why I hope you will decide to help us today with a generous
tax-deductible gift.

Our work has already uncovered records that show the Secret Service
has made it a top priority that “diversity and inclusion is not just
‘talked about’ – but demonstrated by all employees through
‘_Every Action, Every Day._’” This demonstrates that the Secret
Service, for years, has seemed to place woke politics over their
protection and law enforcement mission.
Judicial Watch is committed to getting to all the facts about what is
happening at the U.S. Secret Service, informing the American people
about what we discover, and pursuing these vital investigations and
lawsuits wherever they take us.
And I can promise you that the election results will have no impact on
work!
I HOPE YOU WILL HELP US TODAY.

Thank you, as always, for all you do for Judicial Watch!
Thank you!
Sincerely,
Thomas Fitton
President
