Since the start of his 2020 re-election campaign, my opponent has taken almost half a million dollars from corporate PACs.
And his largest corporate PAC sector that donates to him? The private healthcare industry to the tune of $111,500. No wonder that he opposes Medicare for All.

Remember, the private healthcare industry doesn’t contribute to politicians out of the kindness of their hearts. They do it to influence our government to work for their shareholders instead of everyday people.
And it works.
My opponent has opposed bill after bill that tries to ensure every person in the country has access to a universal, single-payer healthcare system. Even in this public health crisis where private health insurance companies are seeing an increase in profits because of sickness and death, he doesn’t say anything. He takes their money, then votes to protect their bottom line.
That’s why corporate PACs are bribes, plain and simple, and I would never take a single cent from them.
Our campaign is the only one in this race that is 100% grassroots. While my opponent is funded by corporations, we are funded by the people suffering at the hands of those corporations. We are regular people who desperately need real change.
