It’s Hillary Clinton. I’m reaching out to you because we can’t take anything for granted in this election – especially not key governors’ races in battleground states like North Carolina and New Hampshire, where polling shows that Democrats and extremist candidates are locked in tough battles.

Elections are about the future – and Vice President Kamala Harris and Governor Tim Walz represent just that. They offer a hopeful, unifying vision for our country. They are talented, experienced, and ready to lead – which is why I’m all-in to help elect them and Democrats down ballot, too.

A second Trump term would be much worse than the first. Donald Trump’s plans are more extreme, and the guardrails that constrained some of his worst ideas are gone. The truth is that we know who Trump is and what he will do if he regains power. But we also know Kamala Harris. We know how she is relentless in the pursuit of justice, and that she is ready to prosecute the case against Donald Trump – and win.

While Donald Trump wants us to believe that progress is impossible, I’m here to tell you that it’s not. But it’s up to us to come together and make it happen.

This can’t be a woulda-coulda-shoulda election. Too much is at stake. So I am asking you for the next 4 days to work harder than you ever have. We need to beat back the dangers that Trump and his allies pose to the rule of law and our way of life.

The next 4 days will be like nothing this country has ever experienced politically, but have no doubt: These are races Democrats can and must win. If we work together, we will fully shatter that glass ceiling and Kamala Harris will be the 47th President of the United States – and we will have rejected Donald Trump’s extremism not just in the White House, but in governors’ offices across the country.
