President Joe Biden proposed a stunning package of reforms to the Supreme Court, including term limits for justices.

We all know Trump packed the Supreme Court with the most far-right and dangerous justices imaginable - Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett. These justices and their MAGA pals Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas have gutted the EPA, slashed voting rights, and overturned Roe v. Wade.

This far-right majority doesn’t represent the values of the majority of Americans, so it’s past time we ensured the court wasn’t a cesspool of MAGA extremists.

That’s why President Joe Biden’s plan to enact term limits for justices is so critical. Instead of having a MAGA majority for decades, we could at regular intervals nominate justices who aren’t Donald Trump’s hand-picked weirdos!

This plan is incredible for democracy and reproductive rights, but it will need a groundswell of support if we are going to get it done.
