Our political system is stacked against young people — in favor of those
who are older, wealthier, and white. In 2020, Millennial and Gen-Z
individuals only held 21% of State Legislative seats despite representing
45% of the electorate.

And too often our political leaders are pushing agendas that fail to meet
the moment on the issues that will affect the rest of our lives: extreme
economic inequality, climate change, mass shootings, and more.

But we don’t have to live like this — unlike almost every character in a
slasher movie, we can change our fate.
