Hi John,

The Battle of Arizona has gone to court.

Maricopa won't get out of its own way. Their smugness and arrogance toward their own citizens is astounding.

So now they're being sued.

No more waiting for them to fix their problems. No more waiting until after the election. We know by experience that causes issues.

Maricopa has a multitude of problems right now, in violation of Arizona law:

1. Not enough functional polling places
2. They haven't changed the factory passwords on their equipment (!)
3. They won't let others observe the count or tests

So now they can defend that in court.
No wonder Richer lost. There's isn't a voting place within 5 miles of these; and others aren't accessible by public transportation.

He deserves to be in jail for the things he's pulled.
Between the incompetence and indifference of Richer's office.... I can't even. I just can't.

But here's the good news:

1. We know what to look for now and what questions to ask
2. We are prepared and waiting
3. We have better laws now that they MUST be held to

I am especially pleased with having better laws. We were able to troubleshoot many of the past issues so that now we can sue Maricopa when they pull this stuff.

Perhaps that's why the Dems want me gone so badly!

With mere days left to reach my goal of $100,000 raised this month, I am still short, but just by $11,200. But the deadline is tonight at midnight!!! If you have NOT yet given, join my fight todayWill you help me win the Battle of Arizona?
Wendy Rogers, Lt Col USAF (ret)
Arizona State Senator
Arizona's 7th Legislative District
PS: Time is out TONIGHT for our ambitious goal of $100,000. Unfortunately, we are still short about $11,200 and we don't want to miss out. People are voting right now and your money is helping right now! The Dems keep trying to cheat. Help me fight back asap.
