Election Day is just days away, and I’ve been campaigning in swing states across the country. I’ve seen some polling and my sense is that a very good election night is possible. But a bad outcome is also possible.

The difference between a good outcome and a bad outcome is what we all do in these next few days.

We can’t take anything for granted. We have to work hard every moment between now and polls closing on Tuesday, and tonight we’re facing the final end-of-month deadline of the election.

The stakes are really high. You know that. I know that. 

Under Donald Trump’s plan for the country, Social Security would run out in just a few years. Taxes would go up on everyday Americans while the rich would get tax breaks. There would be even more restrictions on reproductive care.

Democrats are the party of building stuff. We’re investing in clean energy. We’re investing in our infrastructure. We’re investing in affordable health care for everyone.

To put it simply: We can have nice things. But we need to do everything we can to help Vice President Harris and Democrats win on Tuesday.
