This election is going to come down to voters in key battleground
states.
That’s why I’ve been spending my time in Georgia, Pennsylvania, North
Carolina, and Texas, meeting voters where they are and mobilizing folks to
support Democrats, and get out and vote for the Harris-Walz ticket. I’m
working to highlight Vice President Harris and Governor Walz’s leadership
on reproductive justice, discussing their agenda for small Black
businesses, and moving the needle on gun violence prevention.

It was a joy speaking with worshipers, educators, college students,
entrepreneurs, and neighbors about why we need Vice President Harris and
Governor Walz in the White House — and why we must work hard these next
few days to keep control of the Senate. We need Democratic control of the
House, Senate, and White House in order to advance the policies our
communities demand and deserve — like abortion access, investments in our
care economy, support for small and Black-owned businesses, and so much
more.

The enthusiasm, excitement, and momentum across Pennsylvania, North
Carolina, and Texas is very real, but people understand that this is a
very, very tight race. If we want to thrive and not just survive, we need
to deliver Democratic control of Congress and White House so we can
deliver progress for the people.
