SHOULD THE SUPREME COURT REGULATE GHOST GUNS?

[link removed]

Happy Halloween, John!

This season, we make fun of the things that scare us and face our fears with costumes and movies. But when we start to take down the spiderwebs and ghouls that decorate our homes, we can’t ignore the scary reality that continues to haunt our country: Ghost guns.

The deadly risk ghost guns pose to our nation is no trick, John. Ghost guns are unserialized, therefore untraceable, firearms. They are often put together from components purchased as a kit online. Once assembled, a ghost gun looks, feels, and functions like a traditional gun. And they're just as deadly and dangerous.

Brady has been on the front lines, fighting for years to get these dangerous weapons OUT of our communities — we even filed the first EVER lawsuits suing ghost gun manufacturers in civil court — and right now, we're at a pivotal moment in this fight.

Now, the Supreme Court will hand down a decision on whether to uphold the Biden-Harris administration's rule regulating ghost guns. This is yet another Court ruling that will have deadly implications for all Americans if it sides with the gun lobby yet again.

Unregulated, unrestricted ghost guns would be a bigger nightmare than any horror movie, John — that’s why we need your help to speak out against another gun lobby-backed decision by the highest court in the land.

Please, before midnight, respond to our urgent poll:

Should the Supreme Court regulate ghost guns?
