The Trump-appointed U.S. Supreme Court just reinstated an effort by Attorney General Jason S. Miyares and Republican Gov. Glenn Youngkin to purge over 1,600 registered voters from the voter rolls — with no explanation as to why.

The bottom line: our Republican leaders are showing their true colors by refusing to stand up for our democracy out of fear of upsetting Donald Trump. Instead of EXPANDING the right to vote, they're kicking people off the voting rolls and undermining the basis of our democracy.
