Hi John,

Happy Halloween! Halloween is the spookiest day of the year… but nothing is scarier than not voting in this November election. I know there’s anxiety about this year’s election results. Manage those election scares and spooks by getting your ballot in by November 5th!

The clock is ticking as there are only 5 days left to get your voice heard. Stay safe from all the spooks this Halloween by casting your vote early! There are two ways to return your ballot:
1. Send it by mail! Your ballot must be postmarked on or before November 5th, and arrive at your county elections office within seven days of election day.
2. Use an official dropbox [[link removed]]! As long as you are in line at an official dropbox location by 8pm on November 5th, your ballot will be accepted.

Unsure which candidates on your ballot will stand up for climate action, environmental protections, and public health? Check out LCV Action Fund’s 2024 Climate Candidate Guide here [[link removed]]! You can also see all of OLCV’s endorsements here [[link removed]] and check out our Environmental Voter Guides here [[link removed]]. For any questions you may have about voting, take a look at our Voter Resources here [[link removed]]. If you need assistance voting or have further questions, contact your county elections office here [[link removed]].

Voting and having your voice heard is your right, so make sure you’re heard in this historic election! Vote by November 5th.

Happy voting!

Sincerely,
Britney VanCitters
