Dear John,

We started the Meditate for Your Memory Challenge initiative back in 2021 to bring our community together and learn all about the brain-boosting benefits of Kirtan Kriya (KK). I am excited to announce another week-long meditation challenge next month: November 11-15, 2024.

There is never a fee for this event!

As our research has revealed, there are multiple health and healing benefits as seen in the chart below. Beyond that is the development of a closer connection to your best self, your spiritual identity that we call Spiritual Fitness (SF).

REGISTER
SF is the evolution of higher levels of psychological and spiritual well-being. These attributes include acceptance, self-esteem, independence, persistent personal practice and growth, enhanced personal relationships, and the discovery of your purpose in life (PIL).

All of these improve your health and prevent memory loss, with PIL being an independent variable in and of itself to prevent Alzheimer’s disease.

The regular practice of KK also helps you develop markers of higher consciousness including patience, awareness, compassion, and surrender to your soul or spiritual self.

Ultimately, SF leads to unlimited love and altruism or the desire and ability to give to others without thought of reward for yourself.

Inner peace is the outcome, something we all need more of during these anxious and uncertain times.

Peace and love is the answer and the outcome of the regular practice of Kirtan Kriya. Please join us for another amazing week of meditation. No experience is required.

Easy Ways to Support ARPF

  • Facebook fundraiser: ask your friends and family to donate for your birthday or another special occasion. Facebook offers this easy option, and it doesn’t cost you anything. If you don’t have a Facebook account, ask your young family members to create it for you.

  • Donate a vehicle: if you have a car, truck, motorcycle, RV, or boat that you don't want, it can be put to good use as an ARPF donation. This nationwide service is a great way to show support.
