Depositions will occur in person and in a conference room, not in a courtroom. They will be videotaped, and the people we'll be deposing—Project Veritas leadership who ousted me and sued me—will be under oath.
Unlike questioning a witness in the courtroom, getting to the truth is much more direct when a person is deposed. Unless the question is irrelevant, harassing, or involves attorney-client privilege, the person being deposed must answer.
