The last day of October is here, and at Engel HQ, I’m making sure we’re keeping our eyes on the prize: lots of attention and pets from trick-or-treaters! And, of course, my mom’s final fundraising deadline tonight.
My mom always stands up for the people who need it.
Like when she realized how Republican budget cuts were hurting public school teachers and students, so she ran for the Arizona legislature.
Or when she dedicated herself to being a voice for veterans, seniors, and working families while in office.
Or when she chose to rescue a cute poodle puppy (me)!
I know she’ll do everything she can to build a better future for Arizona — like lowering costs, protecting water security, and defending reproductive rights.
Kirsten is a mom, an environmental attorney, and a former State Legislator who has spent the past six years fighting to restore funding to public schools, protect Arizona's natural resources, and make our communities safer.
She’s ready to take that fight to Washington to find common-sense solutions to the challenges we’re facing here in Arizona's Sixth Congressional District.
