Arena Community,

On Monday, we wrapped our seventh Arena Academy in a little over a year. The graduating class this cycle was impressive, ranging from retirees who are entering the second chapter of their lives to high school students getting a head start on their careers; first-time campaign managers on state races to lawyers and programmers leaving successful careers for a life of service. You can see some of their stories here or by following the hashtag #ArenaAcademy on Twitter or Instagram.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll work with campaigns on the ground to place graduates on state races in Arizona, Florida, Michigan, North Carolina and Texas. From here on out, our focus will be supporting fledgling campaigns in these battleground states. If you’d like to work on a 2020 race, join Arena Careers, where we have active job listings for campaign and advocacy positions across the country.

Meet the graduating class of #ArenaAcademy Online

On Monday, 150 participants graduated #ArenaAcademy Online. These talented future staffers included campaign managers, communications directors, data directors, finance directors, organizing directors and organizers. We were lucky enough to get to know them over the last five days. Now you can meet them, too. Check out their video profiles (and more) on YouTube.
