Dear John,
I just returned from Cali, Colombia, for COP16, where global leaders gathered to take action to halt and reverse nature and biodiversity loss. As Program Director for Food and Forests at Ceres, I’ve seen firsthand the importance of addressing nature loss alongside climate change not just for businesses and the economy, but for the health of our planet and future generations.
Did you know that Ceres’ work includes:
-
Engaging major food companies in Food Emissions 50 to reduce emissions and eliminate deforestation.
-
Driving corporate action through Nature Action 100, which aims to reverse biodiversity loss by 2030.
-
Leading Investor Action on Deforestation to remove deforestation from global supply chains and protect vital ecosystems.
