John,

Neonicotinoid pesticides are so lethal that a single, coated seed can kill a songbird. A teaspoon can kill over a billion bees!

And these seeds are EVERYWHERE – causing mass bee die-offs, devastating birdlife…turning the nature around us to poison.

We can make it stop.

Pesticide monsters like Bayer-Monsanto have been free to sell their toxic seeds across the US thanks to a senseless government loophole. But now a team of bee-defenders are taking the government to court – if they win, millions of bee colonies will be saved!

In days, they have to argue their case before the court, but they need an urgent injection of cash to keep paying their legal team.

This could be a turning point in the war on pesticides, and Bayer knows it. That’s why they’ve sent an army of lawyers to bog down the process and drive up legal bills…Can you chip in now to keep this case alive, and save the bees?

These poisonous seeds are more deadly than we can imagine. They’re causing mass die-offs of bee populations and bringing other endangered species to the brink.

The seeds send neonicotinoid pesticides up a plant's circulatory system as it grows, into its leaves, pollen, and nectar. Pollinators then ingest the poison, causing paralysis or even death. And that’s not even all of it – the vast majority of the pesticide coating comes off the seed after planting, contaminating our soil, wildflowers, and water!

Despite all this, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has never regulated pesticide coated seeds as pesticides. Companies like Bayer-Monsanto have taken full advantage of this massive loophole: 95% of corn seeds in the U.S. now come coated with neonics!

This lawsuit from the Center for Food Safety is our best hope for change in the US, which could set a vital precedent for countries across the world that follow US regulations. But pesticide giants desperate to protect their billions intervened in the case, meaning they can use their massive resources to try to stop progress.

If enough of us chip in, we can beat them at their own game – building up enough of a legal fund to make sure these bee defenders can see the case through to victory. Can you chip in now to give the bees a chance?

Thanks for all that you do,
