Here’s a little more from the USA Today report, John:

“Unlike the Presidency, which is fought mostly in those competitive battleground states in the upper midwest [...], the race for control of the U.S. House will be fought here in California.”

The main issue we're facing is that a lot of attention is being directed toward traditional battleground states, and as a result, we haven't fully funded our Get Out The Vote (GOTV) budget.
