Did you see the email that my team sent you earlier about China and COVID-19? The bottom line is that China lied, and a lot of people died, and they must be held responsible.
There is increasing evidence that the novel coronavirus likely was leaked from a level 4 biosafety lab in Wuhan, not from an illegal wet market as originally thought.
Regardless of where it came from, China’s gross mishandling of the situation led to numerous deaths across the globe, including tens of thousands in the United States. The vast majority of our COVID-19 victims were our most vulnerable citizens, who could have been better protected if China had been honest about the disease.
Government leaders in China hid information while hiding medical supplies, silenced whistleblowers trying to warn the world, and generally put us all in grave danger.
They must be held accountable.
