I hope this message finds you well. With less than six days remaining until the crucial election on November 5th, I feel compelled to address a deeply troubling incident involving comedian Tony Hinchcliffe, who recently made abhorrent, racist comments during a rally for Donald Trump. At this rally, Hinchcliffe attacked African Americans, Jewish Americans, Muslims Americans, Latino Americans and referred to Puerto Rico as a "floating island of garbage," a comment that not only perpetuates harmful stereotypes but also reflects a broader disdain for communities that have already faced significant challenges.

Furthermore, he made a shocking joke about Taylor Swift being assaulted and killed by her boyfriend, making light of domestic violence—a subject that is serious and should never be trivialized for entertainment. These remarks exemplify the toxic environment that we must actively reject. As we approach this pivotal election, it is essential that we unite against such vile rhetoric and demonstrate that we stand firmly against racism, sexism, and all forms of hate.

I urge Pechanga Resort and the Tribal Council to take a stand by canceling Hinchcliffe’s scheduled show on December 6th. Allowing such hateful speech to continue unchecked only emboldens those who promote such intolerance. ([link removed])
