WHAT: Gov. Justice will hold a signing of Senate Bill 2033, which reduces the personal income tax rate by 2%, providing additional tax relief and supporting economic growth across the state.

WHEN: Thursday, October 31, 2024 at 1:00 p.m.

WHERE: West Virginia State Capitol Building – West Wing Walkway
