John,
Lauren Boebert may have thought she was pulling off a political masterstroke late last year when she announced in a Facebook Live video that she was abandoning the district she currently represents and running for Congress on the entire other side of the state of Colorado.
But after winning the primary in a wide field of GOP candidates with a low plurality (the majority of GOP primary voters cast votes for someone else), there are signs that Boebert's gambit just might not succeed.
Now, with Democrat Trisha Calvarese running a strong campaign and a steady ground game, local Democrats and activists are insisting to the national media: Boebert could still lose—if we fight for it.
