Hey Reader,
Things are getting pretty crazy out there. I was at the grocery store the other day and it felt like pure pandemonium.
I just wanted to grab a few things for dinner, and to re-fill on some household necessities (how does my family go through toilet paper so quickly!). Instead of my usual 20minute shopping trip, it turned into an hour and a half *Black Friday* meets *Survivor* situation. To be honest, I was a little freaked out. People were buying jugs of water, canned goods, and non-perishables by the cart-full. Oh and you can forget about my toilet paper, yup SOLD OUT!
It got me thinking, "how worried should I really be?".
By the time I got home, I had made up my mind in terms of how I was going to respond to this situation. I am going to take some extra necessary precautions.
- Wash my hands WAY more often
- Don’t go out unless I absolutely NEED to
- Keep 6’ apart when I am interacting with other people
- Do what I can to boost my immune system
But what I am ***not*** going to do is let the panic consume me. At the end of the day my main concern is keeping my family healthy/safe. A number of cities are on official lockdown; San Francisco, New York, Austin, with more to come.
I did read a very reasonable article that gave 3 pieces of advice that I really liked.
1. Do what you can to boost your immunity
2. Have enough food on hand for 2-4 weeks
3. Maintain a healthy social distance (if not fully stay home)
These recommendations aren’t rocket science but I do think that they make a lot of sense.
Luckily a friend forwarded me an email that addressed all 3 of these issues. These products are:
1. Great for your immune system
2. Delicious, nutritious, shelf-stable food that last up to 2 years
3. Shipped straight to your door (save time and exposure to germs)

Take care, stay safe, be smart, and wash your hands, keep a solid distance
P.S. - Due to the high national demand for storable food, Kettle & Fire is seeing a spike in orders. There are NO shipping delays currently that could change at any moment. Just like the grocery stores people are stocking up on the website at record pace. Click here to order now. ([link removed])
