Team,
I’m just jumping out of my last Zoom meeting, and before I commute to the next one (aka, moving from my desk to my couch), I wanted to give you a quick update on how this campaign has been running.
Quinn’s been hard at work these past weeks, calling supporters, meeting with DFL voters, and organizing virtual meetups. I’ll be honest: We all are a little unsure these days. Running a brand new kind of campaign is nothing like what we expected, but then again, nothing about right now is what we expected.
Anyhow, our goal remains the same. This campaign is about fighting so that no person in this district, state, or country has to scrape to afford lifesaving medical care. So that big companies can’t determine that insulin, or an EpiPen, or an inhaler, should cost more than your families' groceries. But to fight for that vision, we need to keep this campaign running.
Here’s the truth: I’ve been refreshing our grassroots fundraising page about as often as my internet lets me (just ask my team, they know!), and we’re nearly to our middle of the month goal if we pick up the pace a bit.
We need just about 33 donors to step up by tonight to keep us on track. If that’s you, here’s a secure link to donate: https://secure.actblue.com/donate/quinn-q2-email
This team really shows up when we need you. Thanks for everything!
