Dear Illinois Republican Family,

Can you believe this will be our final Chairman’s Memo before Election Day? Let’s take a moment to applaud our candidates, volunteers, precinct committeemen, and supporters for dedicating their time and treasure to help Illinois families.

Thank you to every patriot who has already voted early. We’re seeing a high number of Republicans voting early to help our candidates finish strong. Momentum is building, but our work isn’t done. Each of us can reach out to 10 more family members, friends, and neighbors to make sure they vote early and vote Republican.

Vote for economic growth and job creation. Vote to address the rising cost of living that impacts our everyday lives. Vote for fiscal responsibility and lower taxes, for public safety, to protect our rights, and to stand against leftist socialist policies. Most importantly, vote for the next generation.

For 30 years, Illinois Democrats have put themselves first, and now it's time for change. We see this firsthand as the trial of former Illinois House Speaker Mike Madigan unfolds, revealing decades of corruption, extortion, and backroom deals. Additionally, Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson wants to raise property taxes to fund labor union contracts despite repeatedly promising he would not and once called this tactic "lazy," yet here we are—another Illinois Democrat broken promise. And who could forget the governor's attempt to disguise a $1 billion tax hike as a tax cut?

As you return your ballot, vote Republican for common-sense solutions and leaders who will fight for our state. Vote Early and Vote Republican.

Vote Early, Vote Republican

We have received the following message from the Cook County Clerk's Elections Department:

The Cook County Clerk's Office can use additional Mail Ballot Republican Judges at their Election Operation Center located at 1330 S. 54th Avenue in Cicero. The task will not require any advanced training and the Judges will quickly learn on the job.

The pay provided by the Cook County Clerk is a stipend of $250, hours working:

  • 8:00AM to 6:00PM Monday to Friday

  • 8:00AM to 4:00PM on Saturday

  • 9:00AM to 2:00PM on Sunday

The work will continue for a few weeks after election or until all mail ballots are processed. Please advise us if you have any interested individuals who would like to work in this capacity. Email their name and contact information to us at [email protected]. We will then forward it directly to the Cook County Clerk's Elections Department.

Here are simple but essential steps we can take to get our nation and Illinois back on the right track:

  • Conserve our Republican candidates' resources. By voting early, Republicans enable our candidates to focus their time and resources on persuading swing and undecided voters.

  • Reduce campaign outreach. Once you vote early, you should stop receiving campaign calls, texts, mailers, and visits from candidates or volunteers.

  • Enjoy voting flexibility. Early voting provides convenience for those with busy schedules, such as business travelers and people with long work hours, allowing you to vote at a time that works best for you. Plus, it helps you avoid unpredictable factors like bad weather, illness, or transportation issues by getting it done ahead of time. Don’t wait until Election Day—anything can come up, so plan ahead. Every vote counts!

  • Mobilize your friends and family to vote Republican up and down the ballot. Whether it’s through emails, calls, texts, or social media, get the message out. Volunteer with your local Republican office to help turn out the vote. Ask your friends: Do they really want more of the failed Biden-Harris policies? Are they safer, more financially secure, and freer now than they were under President Trump? We know Trump is the leader we need, but they may just need a reminder. He will “fight, fight, fight” for us all. His record speaks for itself—safety in our streets, security at the border, and more affordable gas and groceries.

  • For those who won’t support Trump, remind them of the stakes. A vote for Vice President Harris is a vote for four more years of Biden’s failed administration. Harris’ radical agenda is dividing America, and we can’t afford that. Our fundamental freedoms are under attack. We need real change, not more of the same.

  • Down-ballot Voting is critical because it impacts key local and state races that directly affect your daily life, from county to state. These positions shape policies on education, public safety, and taxes. By voting down ballot, you help ensure that all levels of government reflect your values and priorities, not just the top of the ticket. Every vote counts, especially in local elections where the margins are often much narrower, and your participation can have a significant impact on the future of your community.

We also examined the voting records of all the commissioned Republican election judges in the City of Chicago, suburban Cook County, St. Clair County, and East St. Louis. Many of these so-called Republican election judges have a history of voting in Democratic primaries. This is unacceptable. We must do a better job of ensuring that our Republican election judge positions are filled by true Republicans who reflect our values. Now more than ever, we need all eyes on the ballot. It’s crucial that Republicans step up and serve as poll watchers to protect the integrity of our elections! Contact CJ Parker if you have any questions or concerns.

Why Vote By Mail Matters

  • Increased Turnout: Democrats’ success with VBM shows its power in driving up voter turnout. To compete, we need to encourage more Republicans to vote by mail.
  • Mitigating Fraud Risk: Although concerns about VBM exist, evidence suggests that voting by mail is not significantly more prone to fraud than in-person voting. Moreover, VBM can actually reduce the risk of someone else voting on your behalf.

Utilize the claim your name, secure your vote strategy to VBM voting that was used with success in Virginia in 2021, and their strategy bears repeating here.

The “Claim Your Name, Secure Your Vote” Strategy

To maximize the benefits of VBM:

  • Request Early: Voters should request their VBM ballots as soon as possible. This step ensures that their name is on the list and prevents anyone else from requesting a ballot in their name.
  • Flexible Voting: Once the VBM ballot is received, voters have options. They can vote by mail or, if they prefer, vote in person. If choosing in-person voting, bring the VBM ballot to the polling place, where it will be marked as “SPOILED” and placed in a “Spoiled Ballot” envelope.
  • Secure Your Vote: By claiming your VBM ballot, you protect your vote. If needed, you can still use the mail, drop off the ballot in person, or have a trusted person deliver it for you, using the affidavit on the Vote By Mail envelope.

Why This Strategy Works

  • Flexibility: Voters have the option to change their voting method if circumstances change.
  • Early Voting Impact: Voting by mail or early allows our candidates to conserve resources and focus on swing voters.

Take Action

  • Sign Up: Join our efforts to protect the vote and support our candidates.
  • Vote Early: Help maximize Republican turnout and make every vote count.

Until we have the legislative power to change VBM laws, let’s use the system to our advantage. By adopting these strategies, we can increase our voter participation and help elect more Republicans.
