Yesterday, the Connecticut Democratic Party officially nominated me to be the Democratic nominee for the 5th Congressional District.

I am honored to represent YOU in Congress, and I thank you for your confidence in me ahead of what is shaping up to be the most important election of our lifetimes.

This is a closely watched “toss-up” district. The Republicans are desperate to get a foothold and unseat me. John, if they want this seat, they are going to have to come and take it.

While we did not expect to be campaigning during a pandemic, my team is not taking anything for granted. Like everyone, they’re working on alternative ways to get our message out and to adapt our campaign accordingly. No matter what the platform, we are dedicated to sharing the TRUTH, and we are asking you to help us disseminate the FACTS.

It is more important than ever that our communities see themselves reflected in Washington. House Democrats fought day and night to secure funding for families, workers, and small businesses. I’m committed to bringing YOUR voice to Washington.
