Email from El Dorado County Democratic Party October 30, 2024 Newsletter Harris Rally in Nevada, Banner Waving and Women's March URGENT: Friends & Family Invite for Harris Halloween Rally, Oct. 31 in Reno, Nevada EDC Democrats have received a special invite for tomorrow's Harris Rally in Reno, Nevada (Thursday, October 31st). If you would like to attend, please fill out the form ASAP (in the link below). The approximate doors open time for the event is expected to be in the afternoon! Please fill out the form promptly as the information is necessary for security procedures. It's essential that everything is filled out accurately and completely. This RSVP is required for the event, but does not guarantee admission. This invitation is unique to yourself and is non-transferable, however, if you would like to bring a partner, child, etc. please fill out your form completely, then have them fill it out separately - everyone RSVP'ing must fill out a separate form. If space allows, the Harris campaign will reach out via email with more information for arrival including address and exact timing, 24 hours before the event. During the last four days of the election cycle, making sure that our supporters return their ballots is fundamental to winning our targeted races. Sign up right now to call voters and help them return their ballots. We will remind them that they must vote by 8pm on November 5th, and even help them find their closest ballot box and voting center. We make calls on zoom, so you can join us from the comfort of your home. Training is provided at the beginning of every shift. Making calls is an easy way to take action from home, and we make calls together on Zoom. Whether it’s your first time making calls or you’re a veteran phone banker, we need your help! Canvassers will meet at 9:00 to learn how to talk with voters, learn the technology, and get your assignment. The exact address will be emailed to you. New and skilled canvassers are welcome. Training and materials will be provided. Canvassing is always fun as we participate in the democratic process! If you want a partner, we will find one for you.
