A Republican senator is warning that a federal agency may be violating the First Amendment rights of employees with a new policy. On Tuesday, Senator James Lankford (R-Okla.) shared with The Washington Stand a letter he had addressed to the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) regarding DOE-47, Reasonable Accommodation Requests Records (89 FR 78854), a new policy requiring the agency to collect and store detailed information regarding requests for religious exemptions to various mandates.

Report: Female Inmates 'Traumatized' in Wake of Walz's Trans Prison Policy

A new report has revealed that female inmates at a women's prison in Minnesota say they have been "traumatized" and have experienced sexual harassment from gender-confused males who have been allowed into the prison. Records show that funding from the Minnesota Department of Education and the Department of Corrections under Governor and Democratic vice presidential nominee Tim Walz as well as a subsequent policy were used to transfer the males into the women's prison.

Ukraine's Lost Neutrality (Part 2)

In 1990, the Ukraine Parliament affirmed it had the "intention of becoming a permanently neutral state that does not participate in military blocs ..." Ukraine's political and military neutrality was accepted by the United States, Russia, and Great Britain in the 1994 Budapest Memorandum as part of establishing a nuclear non-proliferation agreement which would "respect the independence and sovereignty and the existing borders of Ukraine ... to refrain from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of Ukraine."
