We just wanted to share Ron's most recent op-ed on foxnews.com with you. As our former state treasurer, Ron is keenly aware of what it takes to balance a state budget. He's also been working in Congress to make sure that states have what they need to combat COVID-19. However, Democrats in Congress are pushing for a full bailout of states, regardless of whether they used their own taxpayer funds appropriately.
In typical Washington fashion, they want to have Kansans send their taxpayer dollars to the federal government just to come back to the state to help bail it out.
