The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) wants to hear from the public when they evaluate Zenith Energy's Air Contaminant Discharge Permit. Join us at the first of the two hearings (and only in-person one) to pack the room and make it clear: DEQ must deny the air quality permit for Zenith Energy.
* WHEN: Tuesday, November 19
+ 6:00 pm - Rally, comment and testimony writing workshop, with pizza, coffee, hot cocoa & treats!
+ 6:30 pm - Start lining up to sign up for testimony
+ 7:00 pm - Hearing begins

We are calling on the DEQ to protect the health and safety of our communities and our environment by rejecting Zenith’s permit. If the permit is denied, Zenith won’t be able to expand its facility and it will not be legally allowed to operate in the City.
