This is Congresswoman Pramila Jayapal, Chair of the Congressional
Progressive Caucus. We have just over a week left in this election.

The Progressive Change Campaign Committee and I are doing everything we
can to elect Kamala Harris and Tim Walz, protect the Senate majority, and
put Dems back in the House majority.

Polls are tight. I’m asking for your help with a handful of top
battleground House races located in presidential battleground states.
Every dollar spent getting out the vote in these areas helps us win back
the House AND win the White House – and in many cases, also helps key
Senate races!

[ [link removed] ]I don’t ask you to donate very often, but please consider making a
donation today to support key House races in Pennsylvania, Michigan,
Arizona, and other battlegrounds. Every dollar received by these campaigns
right now helps Get Out The Vote in the final stretch.

Here is more information about pivotal House races in presidential swing
states:

* Kristen McDonald Rivet (MI-08): A Michigan State Senator and mother of
6 running on taxing billionaires, protecting Social Security, lowering
costs, and restoring abortion rights. Cook Political Report rates this
race as a TOSS UP.
* Janelle Stelson (PA-10): An Emmy Award-winning journalist who built
her career around holding the powerful accountable. Janelle is running
in a TOSS UP race against a far-right extremist who wants to gut
Social Security and ban abortion nationwide.
* Curtis Hertel (MI-07): A father of four who led the passage of
legislation to cut taxes for working families, expand workers’ rights,
and a repeal of a 1931 near total abortion ban. Curtis is running for
the seat currently held by Elissa Slotkin, who is running for Senate.
This race is also rated a TOSS UP.
* Kirsten Engel (AZ-06): An environmental law professor and state
legislator who has taken on corporate price gougers to lower costs for
working families. She’s running in a TOSS UP race to reduce
prescription costs, restore abortion rights, and protect Social
Security and Medicare.
* Rep. Susan Wild (PA-07): One of the hardest working members of
Congress who represents a swing district and knows that health care is
a human right.
* Rep. Matt Cartwright (PA-08): The only member of the Congressional
Progressive Caucus from a district that voted for Trump.
* Rep. Chris Deluzio (PA-17): An economic populist who wins the working
class battleground Pittsburgh area.

John, if Democrats take back the House majority, we can pass
Kamala Harris’s agenda for working families – including fighting corporate
price gouging on groceries, protecting Social Security, and ensuring
billionaires pay their fair share. Speaker Hakeem Jeffries will replace
Mike Johnson and Jamie Raskin will chair one of the most powerful
committees in Congress.

I’m very thankful for the PCCC’s endless work in 2024 to elect Democrats
up and down the ballot – including flipping red House seats blue to put
Democrats back in the majority.

[ [link removed] ]Your donation to support these key races in the final stretch before
Election Day could mean the difference in races that could come down to
just a dozen or so votes.

Thank you for all of your support!

Sincerely,

– Pramila
