Here’s the problem: A conservative group is trying to overturn the Colorado law that says we should elect the President by national popular vote. They’re running a misinformation campaign funded by highly partisan, rich donors to undo the law passed by the legislature and signed by Governor Polis.

Why that matters: Our current method of electing the President is broken -- it disenfranchises millions of voters by allowing Presidential candidates to win despite losing the popular vote. A National Popular Vote is the only way to guarantee that your vote directly counts for your choice for President, whether you are Republican, Democrat, or Independent.

The stakes: If we can’t get enough Coloradans to vote Yes on the National Popular Vote this November, the law will be repealed -- and we’ll be that much further from making every person’s vote equal throughout the country.

Our job: To build a strong coalition of grassroots supporters (like you!) who will fight alongside us to make sure this law does not get overturned, so that the President who wins is the one who is favored by the most voters across all 50 states!
