John, I joined Chris Hayes on MSNBC over the weekend and I was crystal clear: Reproductive rights are on the ballot.

This election is about Kamala Harris, who at the highest level can advocate for reproductive rights. But it’s also about the state legislators who can change these archaic laws and save women’s lives.

When voters are walking into the ballot box, we need to make sure they understand the stakes. A vote for Kamala Harris and Democrats up and down the ballot is a vote for women’s lives. It’s a vote against relegating women to second class citizens. It’s a vote for choice.
