Eric Hovde has officially taken the lead for the first time in public polling — a brand-new poll from Trafalgar shows me down by 1 point, 49-48.

This moment has been building up for months. He and his Republican allies launched an $80 million ad blitz to close the polling gap and buy this seat, and they’ve never been closer to succeeding.
