Dear Mr. xxxxxx,
I wanted to pass along my latest update on what I have been doing to fight for you, Texas’ 21st Congressional District, and our country as a whole:
Fighting radical progressive Democrats’ judicial power grab
Unelected judges are trying to end-run Congress to make it harder for states to fight unconstitutional federal actions. The Judicial Conference, the supervisory body of the federal court system, is attempting to engage in a thinly veiled, ideological power grab intended to hamstring states’ ability to fight back against the federal government in court by prohibiting single-judge divisions from hearing certain cases.
As a member of the House Judiciary Committee, I will do everything in my power to block any Administrative Office of the Courts priority until it stops this misguided attack. Read more about what I am doing to fight back here.
Kamala’s Tren de Aragua Preservation Society™
Kamala Harris is importing Venezuelan illegal aliens at an alarming rate, allowing criminals — including the gang Tren de Aragua (TdA) — to gain a foothold in Texas and communities throughout the United States. This violent gang has been caught sex trafficking minors, throwing boiling water on a new mother, murdering a man in his hotel, among other horrific deeds.
Americans deserve answers from the Biden-Harris administration on why they are flying thousands of illegals into our country and letting them run amok. That’s why Senator Ted Cruz and I are demanding accountability from Kamala Harris and Alejandro Mayorkas. Read more about our effort here.
