Tonie “Miss Tonie” Dreher, who is featured in this book, also talks about her journey from struggling with substance use disorder and schizophrenia to becoming a mental health counselor. Patrick shares:

"There's no doubt about it that the great thing about being in recovery is that you get to serve others. And the thing I love about Ms. Tonie's story is about how her life is really a beacon of hope to other women who may think that there's nothing left in their lives to look forward to. But when they hear and see her and they know what she's been through, they will know that anything is possible."
