You might know me as the Incredible Hulk from the Avengers movies. After all that Donald Trump has done to our country, we need some avenging right now...in the form of bold, progressive, competent leaders who will solve our current healthcare crisis, get our economy moving the right way, and look ahead to other existential threats like the climate crisis.
Kara Eastman is one of the most important candidates running for Congress this cycle, she came just 1 point from defeating an incumbent Republican in Nebraska in 2018, and her primary against a corporate Democrat is this Tuesday.

Kara Eastman meets this moment. She has dedicated her life to causes that improve the lives of everyday people, including 13 years working to provide safe and healthy housing for kids and families in Omaha. She supports Medicare For All, a Green New Deal, and challenging powerful interests.
Nebraska's 2nd congressional district could also be key to the presidential race since Nebraska allocates its Electoral College votes by congressional district. Obama targeted and won here in 2008 and FiveThirtyEight shows this district could break a 269-269 Electoral College tie. Kara's grassroots field operation is running full-throttle and will basically be the presidential field operation for several months.
Kara raised more in contributions than the Republican incumbent by $15,000 in January through March. But she needs last-minute funds to win the primary and then go right into battle for the general election -- staying on offense. Please chip in what you can.
