Hey there,
I'm Abigail, Amy's daughter. I wanted to send you a quick message today to see if you could pitch in to help my mom's campaign.

I wasn't sure what to expect when my mom announced she was running for president.
But so far, I've gotten to travel across the country with my mom, meet people from all different backgrounds, and hear my mom's plans to better their lives. I've gotten to see the longest candy counter in the world (Littleton, NH), the town that inspired The Music Man (Mason City, IA), and a great view of the back of several famous debate moderators' heads (Miami, FL and Detroit, MI).
But the biggest plus is that I get to see my mom spend every day working to make progress on the issues that matter. She's fighting to lower prescription drug costs. She's laying out plans to actually tackle the climate crisis. She's advocating for gun safety reform and for closing the "Boyfriend Loophole" so that those convicted of serious domestic violence offenses can't get a gun. She's talking about investing in improving our country's mental healthcare system, ending child poverty, and making college more affordable. She's speaking to the need to defend our democracy -- which I know people my age care so much about.
I'm proud of my mom, and I'm determined to do everything I can to make sure she beats Donald Trump in 2020. As you probably heard, she qualified to make the fall debates starting in September. (This is a big deal.) If you're as excited as I am for the adventures ahead, will you take a moment and donate to my mom's campaign for president?

Thank you, and on to Houston!
Abigail
