Since this pandemic began Matt Gaetz has been pushing the dangerous and disproven conspiracy theory that the COVID-19 virus originated in a lab in Wuhan, China.
This conspiracy theory was already dangerous enough, but recently Gaetz took it to a whole new level by convincing Trump to withdraw millions in funding for critical coronavirus research because it’s tied to a Chinese lab.
