Friend, you might be wondering why a Cajun like me is freaking out over a Senate race in Ohio, but I’m here to say we ALL need to be paying close attention to this one. Here’s what you need to know:

– Democrat Sherrod Brown is in the race of his life against Bernie Moreno, a dangerous MAGA Republican handpicked by Donald Trump and JD Vance.

– By choosing Vance as his running mate, Trump made one thing crystal clear: He’s hell-bent on winning in Ohio and flipping both the White House AND the Senate red.

– And now a recent poll shows Sherrod LOSING by 1 point to MAGA Moreno – all after Republicans OUTSPENT Sherrod 3-to-1.

Trump may be wrong about a lot, but he’s right about one thing: This race will decide Senate control.

So if you want to stop Trump, Vance, and Moreno from turning the nightmare that is Project 2025 into our reality and destroying American democracy as we know it, I need you to pitch in $5 or more to Sherrod’s campaign right now.

Look, the cat’s out of the bag: Everyone from CNN to The New York Times says we CANNOT protect the Senate if we lose Ohio. So now, national Republicans are spending MILLIONS of dollars to try to buy this seat.

If we don’t help Sherrod fight back, they might just get away with it, friend. I’ve worked on political campaigns for a long time, and unfortunately, money makes a BIG difference. 

TV ads, campaign offices, phone banks, and boots on the ground knocking doors in every district – none of that comes cheap, and unlike his opponent, Sherrod can’t just write his campaign a million-dollar check whenever he wants.

Sherrod’s counting on people power to get this grassroots campaign over the finish line, so please: Ahead of his midnight fundraising deadline, will you chip in $5 or more to tip the scales in this toss-up race and keep the Senate blue? The future of our democracy depends on it.
