Accuracy in Media Takes a Stand Against Antisemitism at Debevoise & Plimpton |
At Accuracy in Media, we believe that antisemitism has no place in our society — especially not in prestigious institutions. That’s why today, we’re deploying mobile billboards to the New York offices of Debevoise & Plimpton to expose two recent Columbia Law School graduates, Avery Bashe and Tess Kim, who have troubling histories of antisemitic activism.
While at Columbia, Bashe and Kim were prominent leaders in campus groups that signed statements blaming Israel for violence against its citizens. Columbia University took no action to discipline these students, but we’re taking matters into our own hands to ensure that antisemitism does not go unchecked.
Our mission is simple: We are here to hold individuals accountable and to make sure hate has no place in our workplaces or schools.
What We’re Doing Today:
* Deploying Mobile Billboards to Debevoise & Plimpton’s New York office to alert colleagues, clients, and the public of the antisemitic records of Avery Bashe and Tess Kim.
* Inviting you to take action by sending a message directly to Debevoise & Plimpton, urging them to reconsider employing individuals with histories of hate.
Take Action Now:
Help us hold Debevoise & Plimpton accountable. Visit AveryBashe.net or TessKim.net to make your voice heard and stand against antisemitism.
Thank you for standing with us against hate.
