Save the date for an upcoming event Nov. 19! Putting the Social in Social Justice: Celebrating the Organizations Serving Kitsap County
The Kitsap County Council for Human Rights, in partnership with the office of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging at Olympic College, is excited to invite you to Putting the Social in Social Justice: Celebrating the Organizations Serving Kitsap County, taking place 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, November 19 at the Olympic College Bremer Student Center, 1600 Chester Avenue in Bremerton.
This is an opportunity for local organizations, community members, advocates and allies to meet, learn more about each other, network, collaborate and celebrate. The event emphasizes the importance of developing relationships and fostering collaboration among organizations dedicated to social justice in our communities. There will be refreshments, interactive activities and a raffle! Admission is free - drop in anytime!
A short program begins at 6:30 p.m. with introductions of participating organizations, announcements of upcoming events, volunteer opportunities and information on how to get involved. We look forward to celebrating with you!
If your organization is interested in having an exhibitor table, please contact Rebecca Pirtle at [email protected]. There is no charge to host a table. Organizations will begin set-up at 5 p.m. and have time to mingle before doors open to the public at 6 p.m.
