NextGen Leaders Academy brings together volunteer, part-time, and full-time youth and children’s leaders for six months of training, coaching and connecting. Whether you are new to ministry or a ministry veteran, there will be something for you. Topics covered include finding volunteers, having difficult conversations, youth and children’s discipleship, fundraising and more.
