In today’s Being Frank with Frank e-newsletter, I want to talk about how we must do more to support workers in Northwest Indiana during the current health crisis. 

First, we owe a huge thank you to all of our essential workers who are risking their lives by going into work to keep our country running -- our healthcare workers who are putting their lives on the line to care for us and contain this crisis, our grocery workers who are making sure that we all still have access to critical supplies, our steelworkers who are supplying the equipment we need for our national economy and our national security, and so many more brave workers. 

We must continue to make sure that these workers have the support and the personal protective equipment they need to continue to do their critical work. And we must also do all we can to support those who are not working due to the health crisis and are struggling to pay rent or put food on the table.

As your Member of Congress, I will do everything I can to support all Americans who are out of work and protect those who are keeping our country running during these unprecedented times.
