As A.G. Holder said in his interview with TIME Magazine, expanding vote-by-mail isn't a change we should make just for the 2020 election. Americans in every single state should ALWAYS have the option to vote by mail! Similarly, people should always have access to no-excuse absentee voting and same-day and online registration.
