2025 Cigarette Tax Rates

The following tax rates apply to cigarette sales on or after January 1, 2025:

• Excise Tax: 15.2 cents per cigarette
• Sales Tax: 78.6 cents per pack of 20 cigarettes (for packages with a different quantity, adjust tax proportionally)
