Yesterday morning, five identical lawsuits were filed in counties across Florida asking that the court REMOVE Amendment 4 from the ballot. The suits also ask that if the Amendment passes, that it NOT be enacted until lawsuits are resolved.
The suit even goes so far as to ask that the VOTE COUNTS for the Amendment remain SECRET!!!
